Monitoring and KPI tool for claim handling

Situation :

Currently, we are facing some challenges to monitor our revenues up/down rate by Business, Claim handlers productivity, fraud detection rate, reliability of our digital systems, customer satisfaction (Average Time to Settle a Claim, Calls Handled Times, Problems Resolution Rate, etc..)

Description :

So, to ensure satisfaction of our customers and to keep engaged to CED and to our insurance companies, we need to prepare analytics and interactive visualization web application. It provides charts, graphs, and alerts for the web when connected to supported data sources (Connectors) This tool need to be a low code platform, anyone can use it by just manipulating the user interface, and it must support the following functionalities :

• RBAC (Role based access control) , each role has permission for each functionality with support of inheritance at the group level
• Possibility to create dashboard with supported widgets
• Possibility to install plugins (new developed widgets) to this tool
• Implementation of Alert Manager which can be configured by user
• Possibility to create dashboard from existing templates
• Possibility to create new templates
• Possibility to share created dashboard with others based on RBAC
• Implementation must follow micro-frontend and micro-service architectures.
