Who we are

InvoiceBirds is a small startup team building a modern invoicing and business management platform for freelancers, agencies, and small businesses.
We are looking for a motivated final-year student to join us for a paid PFE internship focused on growth, marketing, lead generation, and customer research.
This is a hands-on opportunity to work closely with a startup team, understand how a SaaS product grows, and contribute directly to real business development and marketing experiments.

Growth Strategy & Lead Generation for a SaaS Platform
The project will focus on helping InvoiceBirds reach potential users, test acquisition channels, improve outreach, and collect market insights from freelancers, agencies, and small businesses.


What you’ll do

• Build and organize qualified lead lists
• Research potential customers and competitors
• Send outreach emails using prepared templates
• Post and comment on LinkedIn and social media
• Create simple marketing and social media content
• Find communities where our target users are active
• Track replies, feedback, and opportunities
• Analyze results and suggest improvements
• Support growth and customer research experiments

Who we’re looking for

• Final-year student looking for a PFE internship
• Good written English
• Comfortable with LinkedIn, email, and social media
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Interested in startups, SaaS, marketing, sales, and growth
• Able to research online and write clear messages
• Proactive and willing to learn

Nice to have

• Canva or Figma basics
• Previous experience with social media, sales, or outreach
• Basic understanding of SaaS, freelancing, or small business tools

Strong interns may have the opportunity to continue with InvoiceBirds after the internship through a paid part-time or full-time role, depending on performance, availability, and company needs.
