The Welcomist Intern will deliver and ensure the best customer experience for our clients. They will quickly gain an understanding of the luxury fashion retail industry and how a flagship store is organized daily.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcome clients with a warm and hospitable greeting.
- Build strong relationships with clients to discover their needs and desires.
- Engage with clients while they wait to be assisted by the Sales Associate responsible for the métier they are interested in.
- Manage customer queues using a dedicated app on Hermès devices.
- Support the Sales Associates team by helping schedule their appointments and customer visits.
- Manage front- and back-end relationships with the Operations Teams to ensure online, after-sales service, and reservations orders are delivered.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus on linguistics or fashion/luxury.
- Fluency in Italian and English; a third language is advantageous.
- Proficient with Excel and other IT tools.
- Willing to work full-time.
- Professionalism, enthusiasm, dynamism, ease of integration, and strong teamwork.
