For a highly ambitious agile-at-scale program that leverages cutting-edge methods and technologies with significant business impact, we are seeking a UX Designer-Researcher.

You will work on a large-scale CRM at the core of internal operations, supporting key business activities. It is used daily by Sales, Customer Care, and various support functions.

In this B2E context, you will tackle complex user journeys, legacy systems, and operational constraints requiring pragmatic, research-driven design decisions.

You will report to the Lead User Researcher and directly assist the CRM user researcher. You will interact with Product Managers, Product Owners, Developers, and Stakeholders.

As UX Designer-Researcher, you will:

• Design user-centered solutions in constrained environments
• Develop an understanding of professional user contexts, workflows, and business needs
• Translate UX research insights into structured and actionable design directions
• Produce design deliverables (wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes) aligned with identified needs
• Integrate the specific constraints of CRM systems (complex workflows, information density, business rules) into design proposals
• Iterate on design solutions based on user feedback, technical feasibility, and project requirements
• Make informed trade-offs between usability, technical constraints, and business objectives
• Contribute to UX research initiatives (support role)
• Assist in preparing user research activities (interview guides, test protocols)
• Support the execution of user interviews and usability testing sessions
• Contribute to the analysis of collected data (synthesis, identification of pain points, initial interpretations)
• Help formalize research outputs (personas, user journeys, insights)
