The Role: Prepare the area for a specific assignment by setting up and operating various pieces of equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Installs, operates, maintains, and repairs electronic and audiovisual equipment.
• Ensure high-quality audio and video by troubleshooting technical issues and setting up equipment according to client specifications.
• Assemble, connect and dismantle audio and visual equipment.
• Install, test, and adjust equipment according to blueprints or layouts, including managing cable management.
• Track and maintain inventory of AV, lighting, and sound equipment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in entertainment or hospitality venues preferred.
• Proficiency with AV equipment, including soundboards, microphones, video monitors, and projectors.
• Ability to quickly diagnose and fix technical issues under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with clients, presenters, and event staff.
• Ability to lift, carry, and set up heavy equipment.
