Project overview

  • Department: Engineering. Profile: Engineer / Master´s student in Electromechanical.
  • This project aims to design, develop, and implement an automatic machine for the Blindstpfen insertion Process, aiming at creating an automated system with precision, speed, and efficiency while ensuring the quality of the final products.

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Feasibility study and machine design: perform concept studies, mechanical design and layout for the Blindstpfen insertion machine.
  • Create the electronic control system and specify components such as motors, sensors, controllers, etc.; Develop control software for the machine and the automated system (C/C++).
  • Implement safety devices and prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including user and maintenance manuals.
  • Train production personnel in the use of the system and support initial commissioning in production.

Required skills and candidate profile

  • Mechanical design / control system design experience and coursework; knowledge of electromechanical systems is required.
  • Programming skills in C/C++ for embedded or control applications; experience with motor control and sensors is a plus.
  • Profile sought: Engineer / Master´s student in Electromechanical.

Deliverables, team and logistics

  • Deliverables: feasibility study report, full machine mechanical design, electronic control system specification, control software, safety implementation, user and maintenance manuals.
  • Number of interns: 02 interns. Duration: 06 Months (listed) — offer duration classified as 4-6 months.
