Description du poste
Objective
Evaluate and validate the measurement capability (Cp, Cpk) and repeatability of the electrical testing table used in final inspection.
Ensure reliability of the test equipment and compliance with customer specifications and IATF 16949.
Main Tasks
Map the testing process and identify key measurable parameters relevant to final inspection.
Collect and analyze measurement data, perform capability study (Cp, Cpk) and MSA (Gauge R&R).
Identify sources of variation and propose corrective actions to improve measurement system performance.
Define acceptance criteria and a periodic verification plan for the testing table.
Document the results and conclusions in a comprehensive validation report.
Required Skills & Tools
Knowledge of statistical analysis and measurement system analysis methods (Cp, Cpk, Gauge R&R).
Familiarity with electrical testing systems used in final inspection and ability to map test procedures.
Proficiency with Excel, Minitab, or similar statistical tools for data analysis.
Analytical rigor, strong documentation skills, and ability to propose corrective actions.
Deliverables
Process map identifying key measurable parameters and measurement points.
Dataset and analysis files (Excel/Minitab) used for capability and MSA studies.
Validation report summarizing Cp, Cpk, Gauge R&R results, identified variation sources, corrective actions, and periodic verification plan.

Duration: 06 Months (4-6 months internship).
