Overview:
- Department: Production – Quality – Continuous Improvement.
- Objective: Implement the KOSU method on a pilot project to improve overall performance.
Responsibilities / Tasks:
- Diagnose the current state of the pilot process and collect baseline data.
- Analyze waste using Lean tools and implement the KOSU method on the selected pilot.
- Measure results after implementation and propose improvements to reach targets.
- Standardize and sustain improvements through documentation and follow-up.
Required Profile & Skills:
- Profile: Industrial / Mechanical Engineering student with Lean knowledge.
- Required skills: MS Office, Lean methodologies, Pareto and Ishikawa diagrams.
Expected Deliverables & Outcomes:
- Current state diagnosis report with waste analysis and Pareto/Ishikawa findings.
- Implementation plan and execution of the KOSU pilot with measurable KPIs.
- Results measurement report and standardized procedures to sustain improvements.
- Handover documentation for continuous improvement teams.
Practical Details & Number of Interns:
- Duration: 06 Months (offered as a 4-6 months internship).
- Number of interns: 02 interns to work on the pilot project.
