Overview

• Department: Maintenance.
• Profile: Engineering student with mobile/web programming skills.
• Project goal: Mobile application to manage maintenance technicians’ availability and simultaneously provide a dashboard for Breakdowns, MTTR, MTBF.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Study the current system to understand existing workflows, data sources and constraints.
• Design and develop a mobile application (Flutter) to manage technician availability and assign tasks.
• Implement a dashboard component (accessible from mobile or web) showing Breakdown statistics, MTTR and MTBF.
• Verify and model technicians’ skills and availability in the application to enable proper dispatching.

Required Skills & Profile

• Required technical skill: Mobile development with Flutter (mobile Flutter).
• Good understanding of mobile/web programming concepts and UX for field technicians.
• Analytical skills to calculate and present KPIs such as Breakdowns, MTTR, MTBF.
• Ability to study legacy systems and integrate or migrate relevant data and processes.

Internship Details & Deliverables

• Duration: 06 Months (internship length stated in the project).
• Number of interns: 02 interns expected to work on the project.
• Expected deliverables: requirements analysis of current system, functional mobile app prototype (Flutter), dashboard showing Breakdowns/MTTR/MTBF, verification module for technician skills and availability, documentation and handover.
