Purpose
- Ensure the digitalization of the entry from the daily check carried out by controller to provide immediate feedback.
- Create and validate a Safety Quality-alarm concept to detect deviations and notify stakeholders in real time.
Main Tasks
- Design and develop a digital Daily Check application/interface for use by controllers.
- Implement the Safety Quality-alarm concept and simulate its behavior on assembly lines to verify effectiveness.
Required Skills & Technical Details
- Required technical skills: VBA, Power BI, Visual Basic.
- Expected activities include data capture, automation of entry processes (VBA/Visual Basic), and visualization/reporting (Power BI).
Deliverables & Success Criteria
- A working prototype of the digital daily check tool integrated with alarm triggers for deviations.
- Simulation results and recommendations from tests performed on assembly lines.
