Overview

• Design and development of a dashboard for better management of the failures detected on the harnesses testing station to enable quick reaction in the production line.
• Deliverable: a working Power BI dashboard and an automated data export pipeline, validated by simulation in the production line.

Main tasks

• Study of the initial situation to map existing data sources and define KPIs for failure management.
• Create automatic export of data from APIMS and implement the ETL flow required to feed the dashboard.
• Design and development of the dashboard using Power BI, with automation support using VBA where needed.
• Simulation of the dashboard in the production line to validate response times, alerts and usability for operators.

Required skills & technologies

• Mandatory: VBA and Power BI (listed as required skills on the project page).
• Skills in data extraction/ETL, dashboard design, KPI definition and basic knowledge of harness testing station operations are highly recommended.
