Abstract & Objectives

• Realization of a complete study for an integrated control and safety system including instrumentation, communication, control logic and human machine interfaces for an oil site.
• The study focuses on integrated control and safety system architecture, fire & gas (F&G) instrumentation, and safety-related solutions in the oil and gas industry.

Deliverables & Tasks

• Research and documentation on industrial automation technologies and communication protocols (SCADA, DCS, RTUs, PLC, OPC, Modbus, DNP3, etc.).
• Study the design input documents; develop and design the integrated control and safety system architecture and technical solution; develop and design fire and gas instrumentation; develop communication protocols; design Control and Safety system cabinets; prepare loop diagrams and control logic; configure, program and develop HMIs; test and internally deploy the system.
