Job Title: Data Intern

Responsibilities:

• Actively contribute to the industrialization of an ETL (Extraction - Transform - Load) pipeline dedicated to integrating public research data (omic and clinical) from repositories such as GEO, GDC, etc.
• Transform a set of exploratory scripts into a generic, robust, and scalable solution capable of handling increasing data volumes and adapting to new sources and formats.
• Depending on progress and interests, there may be an opportunity to focus on the "Extract" part to automate data acquisition from new sources.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in data processing and manipulation.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
