Sogea Bretagne BTP, a subsidiary of VINCI Construction France, is a key player in construction in Brittany. It covers all trades in design, construction, maintenance, and rehabilitation. Anchored in the region, it operates through four sites in Rennes, Vannes, Brest and Saint-Brieuc.

Within the Travaux et Services activity, and particularly the Rennes – Vern-Sur-Seiche agency, it handles a wide range of operations: thermal rehabilitation, renovation of houses, access for people with reduced mobility (PMR), exterior insulation (ITE), exterior joinery, cladding, attic insulation, and asbestos removal.

As part of an optimization and continuous improvement approach for its workshop/ depot based in Vern-Sur-Seiche, the Rennes Travaux et Services agency is seeking an intern to support the implementation of a Lean approach, and specifically the deployment of 5S.

Under the supervision of the works and methods management team, you will undertake the following missions:

• Audit of the existing setup (layout of the depot, flows, storage areas, current practices)
• Definition and scheduling of a 5S approach adapted to activity constraints
• Participation in the operational deployment of 5S at the depot / workshop
• Formalization of standards, visual supports and operating procedures
• Awareness and support of the field teams for the Lean approach
• Proposals for durable and sustainable improvement

This position will put you at the heart of the field, in direct interaction with operational teams, while delivering a structuring project with real added value.

The internship is based at our depot located in Vern-Sur-Seiche.
