Two internships to be filled: starting mid-June 2026 and end-July 2026.

Within the Marketplace Quality team, you will report to the Customer Experience Quality Coordinator and play a central role in coordinating between internal teams (Customer Relations, Marketplace, Legal, Data, etc.). Your objective is to contribute to improving the Customer & Seller experience and to participate in optimizing the tools and processes of the Marketplace. We are seeking two motivated, organized students with excellent interpersonal skills for 6-month internships, one starting mid-June and the other in early August.

Your scope

  • Qualitative analysis & satisfaction monitoring
  • Track weekly NPS via Glanceable
  • Analyze results (sellers, categories, periods) to identify pain points
  • Prepare materials for the Monthly Performance Review
  • Monitor KPI related to partner sellers
  • Consolidate data and formulate recommendations
  • Support for partner sellers
  • Launch and monitor concrete action plans to improve the customer experience
  • Prepare strategic seller discussions (NPS analyses + verbatims)
  • Help resolve disputes between Marketplace sellers and customers
  • Provide operational support on various satisfaction-related topics
  • Reporting & continuous improvement
  • Produce and automate internal shared reports
  • Contribute to improving Marketplace processes and tools
  • Participate in testing and feedback on new internal features

Your profile

  • You are pursuing a Bac +3 or equivalent
  • You are comfortable in English, both spoken and written
  • You have excellent relational skills and enjoy teamwork
  • You are dynamic, rigorous, and organized
  • You can manage priorities and take initiative
  • You have strong analytical abilities and are proactive
  • You are proficient with office tools (including Excel)
