Role Overview :

We are seeking an ambitious SEO Manager Intern to enhance our online presence and connect with key stakeholders in the real estate sector. Key responsibilities include:

• Keyword Research & Content Optimization: Identify high-value terms (e.g., Commercial Real Estate Debts, Equity, Crowdfunding) and optimize website content, including blog posts and service descriptions.

• Local SEO: Boost regional visibility by optimizing local search terms, managing Google My Business, and ensuring accurate directory listings.

• Website Optimization: Audit and resolve technical issues (e.g., broken links, slow loading, mobile-friendliness) using tools like Google Search Console and Ahrefs.

• Competitor Analysis: Analyze SEO strategies to uncover opportunities and recommend actions to outperform competitors.

• Innovation & Tool Exploration: Bring fresh insights by exploring new tools and strategies to strengthen our digital footprint.

Who We’re Looking For?

• Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMRush) and knowledge of basic SEO principles, including keyword research and content optimization.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and develop actionable strategies, with attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS (preferred but not required).

• Excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for digital marketing and staying updated on SEO trends.
