Mission Drive the commercial expansion of SupplyzPro by building strong relationships with prospects, communicating the value of ERP solutions, and contributing to a structured sales strategy. Focus on direct client interaction, lead qualification, and establishing a reliable, scalable sales pipeline.
Primary Responsibilities
- Contact, follow up, and qualify leads via calls and messages.
- Communicate clearly, confidently, and persuasively to present SupplyzPro’s value.
- Conduct needs analysis to understand client challenges and propose solutions.
- Build trust with prospects and maintain professional relationships.
- Structure the sales funnel by organizing leads, feedback, and conversion stages.
- Support preparation of presentations, demos, and commercial proposals.
- Participate in sales strategies and outreach campaigns.
- Handle objections confidently while keeping a positive tone.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align client expectations with product capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills in English, French, and Arabic.
- Confident, resilient personality with the ability to lead conversations.
- Comfortable calling leads, presenting solutions, and explaining product benefits.
- Organized and proactive in managing follow‑ups and client interactions.
- Strategic thinking; ideas for improving sales processes.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales funnels is a plus.
- Passion for helping businesses improve operations via digital tools.
