• Receive calls or contact customers by telephone from a customer (or prospect) file, follow the previously established procedure (procedure on screen)
• Inform customers about the products or services offered, prices, payment terms, delivery times
• Respond precisely to customer requests and objections,computer record the order or the appointment made with a sales representative,report in writing on the result of their intervention (order, appointment with a salesperson, etc.)
