Mission: Build a mobile + web platform that lets customers submit requests/issues in real time and enables internal service teams (maintenance, housekeeping, support, restaurant staff, etc.) to manage them efficiently through a centralized back office.

Responsibilities:

• Design core features: request submission/tracking, assignment, status updates, notifications
• Implement customer-facing mobile/web interfaces and a staff dashboard
• Define data models and basic reporting/metrics
• Ensure real-time updates and a smooth, reliable UX
• Write clear documentation and handover materials

Profile/Skills:

• Foundations in full-stack or mobile + web development
• Understanding of real-time communication patterns and REST APIs
• Good UX sensibility and clean, maintainable code

Team size: 1–2 interns
