Overview

• Design and development of a full web-based administration platform dedicated to speech therapists, educators and platform managers.
• The dashboard enables monitoring of children’s reading progress, managing educational content and subscriptions, and generating real-time insights and reports to support Readdly’s EdTech ecosystem.

Key Features / Responsibilities

• Implement secure authentication & role-based access for therapists, teachers and admins.
• Build real-time analytics modules (reading time, learning sessions) and automatic report generation (PDF/Excel) for parents & therapists.
• Develop an internal CMS to manage educational content: stories, exercises, audio files and images.
• Implement subscription and billing management with optional Stripe integration.
• Expose a REST API or GraphQL layer to communicate with the mobile app and mobile data flows.

Technologies & Tools

• Frontend: Next.js, TailwindCSS, visualization with Recharts / Chart.js.
• Backend: Node.js (Express or NestJS), MongoDB, Firebase Auth for authentication.
• Deployment & infra: Vercel / Render / Railway; version control: Git/GitHub.

Candidate Profile

• Required profile: Software Engineer / Fullstack developer experienced in web apps and dashboards.
• Expected skills: JavaScript/TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, database design (MongoDB), API design (REST/GraphQL) and basic familiarity with deployment workflows.
