Overview
- This project develops a real-time computer vision system that analyzes consumer behavior inside retail stores.
- The system uses video streams to detect customer movements and product interactions, then sends the extracted metrics to an integrated dashboard to support store optimization and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Implement real-time detection and tracking pipelines using YOLO and OpenCV in Python to identify customer movements and product interactions.
- Build the data pipeline to push metrics to a backend, persist data in MongoDB, and expose endpoints for a React-based dashboard.
Required Skills & Technologies
- Required skills: Python, computer vision basics, YOLO, React basics, MongoDB (Level: Bac+5 expected).

Deliverables & Expectations
- Deliver a working prototype capable of processing video streams in real time, producing reliable interaction/movement metrics.
- Provide documented code, demo datasets or sample videos, and an integrated dashboard view showcasing key metrics for store optimization.
