Project Overview

• This project focuses on identifying and mitigating ergonomic risks in the production plant.
• The goal is to enhance working conditions and reduce the incidence of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs).

Technical Tasks

• Conduct observations and evaluations of workstations using ergonomic analysis tools (e.g., RULA, REBA).
• Design and propose ergonomic solutions, including adjustments to workstations and equipment.
• Collaborate with various teams to implement the proposed improvements.

Training and Awareness

• Develop training modules on ergonomic best practices for employees.
• Organize awareness sessions for both employees and managers to promote ergonomic safety.
