• Automate notifications using Power Automate to enhance communication.
• Integrate SharePoint/Dataverse for secure data storage and management.

Reporting and Analysis

• Define KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the medical visits.
• Connect to Power BI for advanced reporting and visualization of data.
• Conduct user testing to refine the solution based on feedback.
