Project Overview
Join Dar Blockchain's commercial team to structure and launch a new business unit dedicated to placing certified technological talents (a "Talent Brokerage").
Contribute to the strategic development plan by generating the first revenue streams and defining the go-to-market approach for the service offering.
Main Missions / Responsibilities
Conduct market research on IT recruitment across Africa to identify demand, competitor positioning and market opportunities.
Define a pricing model tailored to recruiter segments and types of placements; develop commercial offers and value propositions.
Identify and outreach to recruiting partners (IT consulting firms, banks, startups) leveraging the existing database; manage prospecting and qualification.
Manage the commercial pipeline using the CRM: track leads, monitor conversion rates, prepare reports and forecasts.
Negotiate partnership contracts and partnership terms; onboard recruiting partners and establish performance KPIs.
Select and prepare "Top Gun" candidate profiles coming from internal certification programs; tailor candidate presentation materials for recruiters.
Candidate Profile / Requirements
Business School or Engineering School student with a Master's in Management (or equivalent) aiming for a PFE in business development/commercial structuring.
Strong skills and experience (or strong interest) in B2B Sales, negotiation techniques, CRM management and professional communication in English and French.
Demonstrated interest in the tech job market, platform business models and talent placement/marketplaces.
Autonomy, commercial mindset, analytical skills for pricing and market analysis, and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Expected Deliverables & Tools
Market research report for IT recruitment in Africa including target segments, competitor analysis and recommendation of target countries/sectors.
A documented pricing model and commercial offers for different recruiter segments, plus sample contracts or term-sheets.
A populated CRM pipeline with qualified recruiting partners, conversion metrics and a first set of signed partnerships or MoUs.
A curated portfolio of "Top Gun" profiles with candidate briefs ready to be shared with partner recruiters.
Tools likely used: CRM platform (specified by the company), Excel/Sheets for analysis, presentation decks for partner pitches.
