Join the PIC – Performance Intelligence Center to design, build, and train an internal AI-driven system that analyzes company data, identifies patterns and performance insights, and supports strategic and operational decision-making with data-driven recommendations.

What you will do:

• Explore and analyze internal company data (structured and/or unstructured)
• Design data processing and feature engineering pipelines
• Develop and train AI / machine learning models
• Contribute to an internal AI system that assists decision-making and provides recommendations
• Evaluate model performance and iterate to improve results
• Collaborate closely with the PIC team to align technical solutions with business needs

Required competencies:

• Strong interest in data analysis and data processing
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python and data analysis libraries
• Interest in AI / Machine Learning concepts
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with real-world business data
