Description du poste

Pernod Ricard is seeking a Partnership & Influence Intern for Martell for 6 months from January 2026 to June 2026. You will be based at The Island, our central Paris office near Saint-Lazare Station (Paris 8). Martell is the oldest of the great Cognac houses, drawing on 300 years of savoir-faire, and is the number one international prestige cognac brand.

You will contribute to communications linked to culture, partnerships, and influence. As part of the Creative Content Management team, you will support the Culture & Partnership team in executing the global strategy, assist key markets with cultural initiatives, and amplify global and local initiatives to develop the Brand’s presence across digital touchpoints (social media and websites). You will coordinate with internal stakeholders and agencies for day-to-day project management and follow-up.

Your key missions:

Culture

  • Contribute to the definition and roll-out of Martell’s cultural platform, ensuring relevance across key markets and cultural territories.
  • Support scouting and assessment of cultural partners (artists, festivals, collectives, labels, emerging talents) aligned with brand values and priority markets.
  • Assist in developing cultural activation toolkits and guidelines for local markets to ensure brand consistency and execution excellence.
  • Participate in the management of ongoing cultural partnerships and projects: timelines, creative deliverables, internal approvals, asset coordination.
  • Monitor emerging cultural trends and opportunities (music, nightlife, fashion, art, entertainment) to inspire the team and inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead the development of inspirational decks (competitive reviews, consumer trends, cultural insights, social media trends) to fuel the team with new ideas to nurture the cultural strategy.
  • Track performance of global cultural initiatives and produce recaps to share learnings and best practices across markets.

Influence

  • Identify and manage influencer partnerships on a global scale; source, evaluate, and establish lasting relationships with influencers and opinion leaders relevant to the luxury sector.
  • Develop guidelines for local markets: provide a strategic and operational framework to support local teams in implementing their influence plans.
  • Manage influence campaigns: oversee international campaigns from start to finish—creative brief, contract negotiation, content validation, performance monitoring.
  • Analyze performance and optimize ROI: track key indicators (reach, engagement, conversion); produce impact reports and make recommendations to maximize effectiveness and justify investments.
  • Lead the development of inspirational decks (competitive reviews, consumer trends, social media trends) to fuel the team with new ideas to nurture the influence strategy.

If you recognize yourself in the description below, don’t wait to apply!

  • You are pursuing a degree with a specialization in marketing or digital marketing.
  • You ideally have previous experience in a digital or creative environment.

  • Company restaurant
  • Unlimited access to the Coursera training platform to enhance your experience
