About the role
- Position: Operations Intern supporting the operations team for GOMYCODE Maghreb Online.
- Goal: Help deliver an exceptional learning experience to students and support smooth training delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Student journey follow-up and engagement tracking to monitor student progress and participation.
- Coordination of online sessions, including scheduling and operational support for instructors and learners.
- Conduct quality audits and contribute to continuous improvement of training delivery processes.
- Provide day-to-day operational support to ensure a smooth experience for learners and instructors.
Candidate profile & skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual expected.
- Passionate about education and improving student experience in an EdTech context.
- Interest in building experience in an international EdTech environment.
- Language: Fluent in French required.
Location, Duration & Contract
- Location: Tunis, Tunisia (onsite).
- Duration: 6 months (pre-hiring internship opportunity) — listed as a pre-hiring internship.
