Mission: Help OORB Studio grow every week by turning product work (demos, ship notes, experiments) into consistent, high-signal content and lightweight community ops.

What you’ll do

• Turn raw founder inputs (clips, notes, links) into polished posts and short videos.
• Maintain a simple weekly system: content backlog → calendar → publishing → feedback loop.
• Design content and assets for media and website usage.
• Help write content: weekly ship recap, short demo edits, and “what we learned” posts.

What you’ll bring

• Strong writing and editing fundamentals; ability to make technical work clear and skimmable.
• Proficiency in research and English reading/writing/speaking; comfort with screen presence is a plus.
• Consistency: ability to create content weekly without micromanagement.
• Basic video editing + template-based design comfort (Figma/Canva is fine).
• Interest in robotics/devtools (you don’t need to be a robotics engineer).

Nice to have

• Prior posting history (even small) and/or a portfolio of short-form edits.
• Experience running Discord communities or dev communities.
