Overview
- Company: LRT Innovation Labs — Tunisia’s first EV charging infrastructure manufacturer.
- Role: Junior Test Engineer under a CIVP contract, based in Tunisia. English mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute test plans based on real user journeys, focusing on user experience and product quality.
- Perform manual and automated testing across web, mobile, backend and embedded systems; validate APIs, UI components and database integrity.
- Identify bugs, usability issues and performance gaps; contribute to stable, high-quality releases.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product and DevOps teams; work with CI/CD pipelines for release stability.
Candidate Profile / Requirements
- Recent graduate in Computer Science or related field; 0–1 year experience (internships and projects accepted).
- CIVP eligibility is mandatory; fluent English is mandatory.
- Detail-oriented, analytical and user-focused mindset; comfortable validating both functionality and UX.
Nice-to-Have Skills & Technologies
- Knowledge of CI/CD (GitLab CI) and basic Docker experience.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum and basic understanding of modern web and backend technologies.
- Experience or interest in testing embedded systems and mobile/web integration.
