Description du poste

Deploy and configure a smart ITSM platform that learns from past incidents, suggests similar cases/solutions, maintains a knowledge base, exposes performance dashboards, and integrates with monitoring for auto ticket creation.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure GLPI for incident/change/request management
  • Implement knowledge base with Wiki.js and solution suggestions
  • Build ML components for similarity search and recommendations
  • Integrate monitoring (Prometheus) for automatic ticketing and metrics in Grafana
  • Containerize components and set up CI/CD

Tech stack:

  • GLPI, Wiki.js, Python (scikit-learn), Flask/FastAPI
  • PostgreSQL, Apache Kafka, Prometheus, Grafana, Docker, CI/CD

Deliverables:

  • ITSM platform with KB and ML-powered recommendations
  • Dashboards and documentation for operations
