Deploy and configure a smart ITSM platform that learns from past incidents, suggests similar cases/solutions, maintains a knowledge base, exposes performance dashboards, and integrates with monitoring for auto ticket creation.
Responsibilities:
- Configure GLPI for incident/change/request management
- Implement knowledge base with Wiki.js and solution suggestions
- Build ML components for similarity search and recommendations
- Integrate monitoring (Prometheus) for automatic ticketing and metrics in Grafana
- Containerize components and set up CI/CD
