Disconnect to Connect is looking for an IT & AI Development Intern to support the development and maintenance of our WordPress website, while also exploring how AI tools can enhance our operations, content, and user experience. This role is ideal for someone who is both technically curious and excited about applying AI in real-world projects within a growing impact-driven venture.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development, updates, and maintenance of our WordPress website
• Assist in improving website structure, performance, and user experience
• Help integrate plugins, tools, or no-code solutions where needed
• Explore and test AI tools to support content creation, automation, or internal workflows
• Support basic troubleshooting and technical fixes
• Contribute ideas on how AI can improve operations, marketing, or user engagement
