Design and deploy an IoT-based monitoring solution for battery assembly lines with real-time sensing (temperature, voltage, leakage), data streaming, alerting, and remote access dashboards.
Responsibilities:
- Specify monitoring needs and sensor placement across assembly stations
- Design electronics and prototype PCB for sensor interfacing (ESP32/Arduino)
- Develop embedded firmware (C/C++) and data pipeline (e.g., Python) for acquisition and edge processing
- Build dashboards for visualization, KPIs, and threshold-based alerts
- Validate accuracy and latency in real conditions; document and train users
Required skills:
- Embedded systems & IoT (ESP32/Arduino)
- Electronics design and PCB prototyping
- Programming in C/C++ and Python
- Data analysis and visualization for industrial metrics
Deliverables:
- Hardware schematics/PCB prototype, firmware, data pipeline, dashboards, test protocol, and user guide
