INTERNSHIP - IT Project Manager

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings with the development team to align priorities and progress.

• Oversee and optimize the Jira dashboard, managing tasks, backlogs, and sprint planning.

• Take ownership of the scrum process, ensuring smooth execution of all sprints and ceremonies.

• Collaborate closely with the engineering team to remove blockers and drive project success.

• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure accountability and progress.

• Assist in identifying risks, creating mitigation strategies, and executing solutions.

• Design and maintain project schedules, ensuring tasks are on track and delivered on time.

• Develop comprehensive reports for project stakeholders and supervisors.

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Project Management, IT Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong organizational, planning, and reporting skills with an interest in IT development projects.

• A natural collaborator with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

• A proactive problem-solver with analytical skills to assess risks and challenges effectively.

• Enthusiasm for working in agile environments, with exposure to Jira, Scrum, or related tools and methodologies being a plus.
