Responsibilities

  • Verify, troubleshoot, and fine-tune the Growth Marketing stack (HubSpot, Apollo, Clay), including workflows, dashboards, lead scoring models, and cross/upsell triggers, to ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Audit lifecycle stages and maintain data hygiene, including standardisation, deduplication, enrichment, and validation.
  • Pressure-test and optimise funnel workflows (MQL → SQL hand-offs, SLAs, lead-to-account matching) to strengthen lead management and handover efficiency.
  • Ensure accuracy and reliability of executive and operational dashboards by analysing funnel health, velocity, and conversion metrics.
  • Refine behavioural and firmographic scoring models in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams, adjusting thresholds and documenting use cases.
  • Contribute to strengthening an enterprise-level Growth Marketing engine; enhancing its resilience, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Own a critical role in supporting revenue growth through structured marketing operations and data-driven decision-making.
