Part of Pernod Ricard's Global Brands team, Brand Homes are a key pillar of the business beyond the core, an agile unit dedicated to accelerating growth through experiences.
At Pernod Ricard, a large array of distilleries, wineries, museums, and family homes that showcase the history and heritage of our brands and deliver experiences are called Brand Homes. Open to the public or by invitation only, our 33 Brand Homes welcome more than 1 million visitors per year, and are located in the countries of their brand’s origin.
Job scope: In direct collaboration with the Pernod Ricard Brand Homes teams and the Global Brand Homes director, this internship will contribute to global Brand Homes projects, support the deployment of communication plans, and assist in Brand Homes development, awareness, and visibility.
Role & responsibilities:
- Assist with project coordination and management with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to establishing an internal and external visibility and communication plan to strengthen Brand Homes’ business.
- Contribute to exploring digital opportunities.
- Help animate a cross-functional Brand Homes team and network to share best practices, identify latent business needs, and monitor competitors’ activities.
- Facilitate connections among the Brand Homes stakeholders to enhance collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree (Master 2) in Business, Wine & Hospitality Management, Events & Communications, or Marketing.
- Languages: Fluent in English and French.
Skills:
- Technical: Strong knowledge of project management and communications.
- IT: Excellent knowledge of the full Microsoft Office suite, plus familiarity with digital tools and social networks.
- Soft skills:
- Interest in the hospitality, wine, and spirits industry
- Curiosity about innovation, spirit tourism, and wine tourism
- Flexibility and ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills and autonomy
