Participate in audit or special missions (covering topics such as Finance, Communications, Human Resources, Risk Management, Law, and Compliance):
Assess risk management by analyzing business processes and existing internal control mechanisms: conduct interviews, tests and analyses, validate results, and draft analysis notes and reports.
Formulate recommendations to correct identified deficiencies and improve the effectiveness of internal controls.
Prepare quarterly reports sent to AXA’s executive committee members.
Support the coordination and animation of the Finance and Risk auditor communities, with more than 220 members in Finance and 100 in Risk.
Contribute to the coordination of transversal audits conducted by local internal audit teams.
Perform ad hoc tasks as required by the team.
Who You Are:
A serious candidate with a genuine interest in financial services, who possesses:
Understanding of internal audit, its mission and challenges, as well as the specific challenges and nuances of insurance.
An analytical and synthetic mindset, plus strong interpersonal skills enabling interaction with colleagues at all levels, up to group leadership.
Exemplary professional conduct, adaptability, curiosity, and a strong desire to learn.
Excellent command of English, written and spoken (minimum TOEIC 900 or TOEFL 105).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Your profile:
Master’s student in a business school, engineering school, or university, with a focus on finance/audit.
A first experience in an audit and advisory firm, or within the central or operational functions of an insurer, bank, or asset manager, would be highly valued.
A first international academic or professional experience would also be appreciated.
