INTERNAL MANAGEMENT APPLICATION

This internship project focuses on creating a Zoho Creator application aimed at automating the key onboarding and offboarding processes within DocShipper.

TASKS

• Collect and process Onboarding and Offboarding processes. Display various KPIs based on process analysis and results.
• Design and develop a Zoho Creator application capable of efficiently managing onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Automate workflows to simplify and expedite steps related to employee integration and departure.
• Provide improvement and dashboarding suggestions.
• Document the development process and the obtained results.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Skills in algorithms
• Knowledge of web languages
• Ability to work with APIs
• Prior knowledge of the Zoho Creator platform and Zoho Deluge (advantageous, with training provided as needed)

REQUIRED TECHNOLOGIES

• HTML, CSS, REST API, OATH2, Javascript, NodeJS, Zoho Deluge Script, Zoho Creator.
• Integration with Zoho People and Zoho Recruit should be anticipated.
• Integration of other technologies is possible if justified.
