Objective: Design and deploy an enterprise network observability/monitoring solution and real-time alerting for downtime incidents.

Responsibilities:

• Deploy and configure a monitoring solution (e.g., Zabbix, Nagios, or Prometheus) on a thin client
• Configure SNMP and other protocols to collect data from network devices
• Build centralized dashboards (Grafana) for real-time visualization
• Implement an alerting system (email/SMS) for network downtime and thresholds
• Create a consolidated view for operations with actionable insights

Required profile:

• Bac +3 (Licence/Bachelor) or Bac +5 (Engineering/Master)
• Specialties: Computer Networks, Telecommunications, or IT Infrastructure

Technologies:

• Network Monitoring: SNMP, ICMP
• Monitoring/Observability: Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana
• OS & Scripting: Linux Administration, Shell scripting, Python

Internship details:

• Location: Tunis, Tunisia
• Work model: Hybrid (mix of on-site in Tunis and remote; defined with supervisor)
• Duration: 4–6 months, starting February 2026
