Role Summary Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions—including RAG applications, AI agents, and LLM-based systems—for domain teams, while enabling and guiding the definition of best practices and architectural standards. Job Details Department: Technology / IT – AI & Digital Architecture Reporting to: AI and ODA Assistant Director Key Responsibilities Design and deliver production-ready RAG applications and agentic workflows using GenAI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Haystack, or equivalent) and Model Context Protocol (MCP) Advise on model selection (open vs proprietary), cost–performance trade-offs, and scalability strategies Fine-tune open-source LLMs (Llama, Mistral, Qwen, or equivalent) for domain-specific and cross-domain use cases Deploy and optimize LLM inference using model serving frameworks (vLLM, TGI, TensorRT-LLM, or equivalent) on GPU infrastructure Implement prompt engineering strategies and evaluation frameworks using monitoring tools (Langfuse, Opik, Phoenix, or equivalent) Deliver GenAI solutions as XaaS for domain teams without AI expertise Mentor and facilitate domain teams adopting GenAI technologies and enabling capability-building initiatives Contribute reusable GenAI components to Group Hub repository Continuously assess emerging GenAI technologies and provide strategic recommendations Monitor and mitigate hallucinations and model performance issues Requirements Bachelor's/Engineering degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field Proven experience in software development and GenAI/LLM applications Expert-level proficiency in Python development and GenAI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Haystack, LlamaIndex, or equivalent) Hands-on experience fine-tuning LLMs and implementing RAG architectures Strong advisory skills with the ability to influence technical decisions at senior levels Proficiency with vector databases (Milvus, Qdrant, Weaviate, or equivalent) and embedding models Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar agentic AI design patterns and tool-use frameworks Knowledge of LLM serving frameworks (vLLM, TGI, or equivalent), model optimization, and GPU acceleration Familiarity with MLOps platforms (MLflow or equivalent), GenAI evaluation/monitoring tools (Langfuse, Opik, or equivalent), and prompt engineering techniques Solid understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into AI solutions Proven track record of defining and executing AI/ML strategies at organizational scale Excellent communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments Nice to have Experience with Telco AI use cases (smart care, CVM, network optimization) Knowledge of Azure OpenAI, GCP Vertex AI, or similar cloud LLM services Contributions to open-source GenAI projects Experience advising on AI risk management, compliance, and responsible AI frameworks Why join Ooredoo Tunisia Be part of the leading mobile operator in Tunisia Take on a varied and stimulating role in a multinational and innovative company Develop your knowledge and skills in cutting-edge technologies Join an inspiring and collaborative team that supports your growth Attractive compensation.
