Goal: Build recruitment funnels, HR processes, and culture workflows.

Key tasks:
- Design and automate candidate pipelines and onboarding.
- Standardize policies, evaluation rubrics, and performance reviews.
- Produce culture content and internal communications.
Deliverables:
- Documented HR processes and templates.
- Automated recruitment funnels and dashboards.
- Knowledge base and playbooks.
Stack examples: Notion, ATS/CRM tools, Zapier/n8n, Google Workspace, OpenAI for assistive templates.
