Everyone else — the elderly, the accented, the dialectal, the differently-abled — gets a worse experience, or no experience at all. ToumAI exists to close that gap. We build voice AI that actually works for all voices: across languages, dialects, ages, and abilities — in Africa, the Mediterranean and Europe. Under the HolistiCX brand: voice agents, conversation analytics and quality monitoring built for the real world, not the ideal speaker. We're in full commercial acceleration. This isn't a content internship. It's a growth role.
The role
Fully remote — International
You'll do two things at once: generate pipeline through GTM execution, and help build the visual and editorial identity of a brand going international.
GTM & Pipeline
- Create conversion-focused content across LinkedIn, blog and newsletters
- Build and optimize sales funnels: landing pages, lead magnets, nurturing sequences
- Run outbound campaigns with Clay, Apollo, Lemlist — targeting, sequencing, A/B testing
- Produce commercial assets: one-pagers, decks, case studies, battle cards
- Track pipeline metrics and iterate fast
Brand Building
- Contribute to the global brand identity: tone of voice, visual guidelines, messaging consistency
- Build reusable creative systems: templates, visual assets, content frameworks
- Animate team thought leadership on LinkedIn — founders, product and field voices
- Adapt brand storytelling across markets (Europe, Africa, Middle East)
- Ensure brand coherence across all touchpoints
What we're looking for
- Marketing, communications or business degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5)
- Strong B2B instincts — you think funnel, not followers
- Brand sensibility: you care about how a company looks and sounds
- Excellent written English and French
- Curious about AI tools: Clay, Apollo, Lemlist or equivalents
- Analytical mindset: you read numbers and turn them into actions
- Bonus: experience in growth marketing, funnel optimization, emerging markets, AI or CX
