Job Summary
The Intern's role is to support the operations of GROW, a Pan-African investment readiness program targeting African startups. This position will involve close collaboration with the program officer supporting in running all operations. This internship opportunity is part-time, suited for a candidate who is passionate about entrepreneurship and investment.

Responsibilities
- Scout and identify promising startups across Africa to join the program.
- Coordinate and facilitate ongoing tracking, support, and operations for startups, including planning and organizing training and mentorship sessions.
- Conduct research on opportunities, investments, and resources to support startups in the program.
- Assist in preparing program materials, including presentations, reports, and documentation (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Collaborate with the communication and marketing team to develop strategies for startup promotion, including newsletters, social media, media appearances, and conferences.
- Support reporting processes to donors and stakeholders.
Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications
Professional skills
- Ability to clean, structure, and visualize data using tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, or other data presentation platforms.
- Good sense of organization in the structuring of all documentation needed to fulfill this position.
- Proactivity and reliability in ensuring an efficient management of deadlines.
- Expertise in Google Sheets, Docs, Slides and Zoom, with the ability to leverage these tools effectively.

Minimum Qualifications
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); French proficiency is a plus.
- Currently enrolled in a university program (minimum two years completed).
- Previous internship or work experience in project management, data analysis, or operations preferred.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem.
