Overview

• Join TestoHire to work on a fast-growing SaaS platform focused on an intelligent skills-matching assessment product.
• Work on modern web technologies (Laravel + Angular) and AI/ML API integrations while contributing to real product features.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop new features for the Automated Assessments Platform using Laravel (backend) and Angular (frontend).
• Implement the skills extraction pipeline, including LinkedIn plugin integration and NLP for CV parsing.
• Build the intelligent matching engine to recommend technical tests based on candidate skills and integrate AI-generated questions.
• Design and implement REST APIs following clean architecture principles and manage authentication, authorization, and multi-role access (candidate, recruiter).
• Ensure performance, security, and reliability of the platform; participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation.

Profile Needed

• Solid understanding of web development (frontend + backend) and experience with Laravel and/or Angular.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, micro-services, and component-based architecture.
• Basic understanding of AI/ML API integration and ability to structure clean, maintainable code.
• Problem-solving mindset, curiosity, motivation, and ability to work autonomously with guidance.
