About the Role

We’re hiring a Full-Stack Web Developer Intern to help rebuild and upgrade the OX4Labs website into a dynamic, intelligent, and content-driven platform.
Your mission is to redesign the architecture of ox4labs.com, implement a custom CMS for content management, build modules for case studies and blogs, integrate a hybrid events system, and collaborate on developing an AI-powered concierge chatbot for the website.

This internship is perfect for someone who loves building real products, shipping clean features, and experimenting with AI-driven interfaces.

What You Will Do

• Rebuild the OX4Labs website using modern frameworks (Next.js preferred)
• Develop a custom CMS for team-driven content: blogs, case studies, updates
• Implement structured modules for publishing articles, media, and insights
• Build a hybrid event management system: signup pages, schedules, on-site/online features
• Integrate AI capabilities: an AI concierge, chatbot interface, and smart suggestion engine
• Connect the site with analytics, SEO best practices, and performance improvements
• Collaborate with design, branding, and content teams to ensure UI/UX consistency
• Maintain clean documentation and technical clarity for future updates
  This is a hands-on role where your work will directly shape the public face of OX4Labs.

Who You Are

• Strong understanding of modern web development (Next.js, React, Node.js, or similar)
• Comfortable building both frontend and backend features
• Experience with APIs, databases, and component-based architecture
• Interested in AI tools, LLM integration, chatbot flows, or automation
• Good sense of structure, clean code, and user experience
• Curious, self-driven, and able to take ownership of full features
• Studying Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
  Bonus points if you’ve already built: a CMS, admin panels, dashboards, or chatbots.

Language Requirements

• English: Strong technical communication
• French/Arabic: Plus
