Why this role matters

The main mission of the Finance Assistant is to assist the Admin & Finance Manager in managing, processing, and troubleshooting various accounts and transactions.

How will you make an impact?

• Process and prepare financial and business forms to verify account balances and facilitate purchases.
• Create, send, and follow up on invoices.
• Reconcile discrepancies or errors by communicating with suppliers and/or clients.
• Answer questions and provide assistance to suppliers and clients as needed.
• Contact customers with outstanding balances and negotiate payment terms and schedules.
• Review and audit financial statements and reports; ensure all calculations and data entries are correct.
• Assist the Admin & Finance Manager in producing financial reports on a regular basis.

• Degree in Finance and Accounting.
• Recent finance graduate.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong finance and accounting skills.
• Trilingual in French, Arabic, and English.
