Project overview and objectives
Analyse the offshore aquaculture and RAS market to identify business opportunities for EyeFish (AIoT solution).
Identify potential clients: fish farms, industrial partners, distributors; define local and international market priorities.
Main responsibilities / Tasks
Develop the commercial and marketing strategy and contribute to the deployment strategy for an AIoT aquaculture solution.
Structure the sales process and client follow-up (from lead qualification to post-sale monitoring).
Create and maintain a customer/lead database and support lead-generation activities.
Assist in defining pricing, offers, and subscription models adapted to target segments.
Contribute to sales materials: presentations, brochures, product demonstrations, and pitch decks.
Develop tracking and reporting tools (CRM configuration, Excel templates, dashboards) and monitor commercial KPIs.
Deliverables and expected outputs
A mapped list of prospects and prioritized target segments (local + international).
A structured CRM-based lead database and reporting dashboards for sales follow-up.
Pricing proposals, offer templates and subscription model recommendations.
