Description du poste

Project overview and objectives

  • Analyse the offshore aquaculture and RAS market to identify business opportunities for EyeFish (AIoT solution).
  • Identify potential clients: fish farms, industrial partners, distributors; define local and international market priorities.

Main responsibilities / Tasks

  • Develop the commercial and marketing strategy and contribute to the deployment strategy for an AIoT aquaculture solution.
  • Structure the sales process and client follow-up (from lead qualification to post-sale monitoring).
  • Create and maintain a customer/lead database and support lead-generation activities.
  • Assist in defining pricing, offers, and subscription models adapted to target segments.
  • Contribute to sales materials: presentations, brochures, product demonstrations, and pitch decks.
  • Develop tracking and reporting tools (CRM configuration, Excel templates, dashboards) and monitor commercial KPIs.

Deliverables and expected outputs

  • A mapped list of prospects and prioritized target segments (local + international).
  • A structured CRM-based lead database and reporting dashboards for sales follow-up.
  • Pricing proposals, offer templates and subscription model recommendations.
  • Sales collateral: presentation decks, brochures, demo scripts and suggested product demonstration flows.
  • Monthly/periodic reports analysing commercial effort performance and recommendations to optimise growth.

Required profile and skills

  • Knowledge in Business Development, Sales and Marketing with an analytical mindset.
  • Ability to study market and competition and to synthesise findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to prepare persuasive client presentations and pitch decks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM tools; ability to build dashboards and tracking tools.
  • Curiosity, autonomy and capacity to work cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams.
