The duration of the internship will be negotiated based on individual profiles, allowing for flexibility and customization. We believe in striking a balance between in-person and remote work, so you can expect to have one physical meeting per week, while the rest of the internship can be conducted remotely. This arrangement provides convenience and accommodates your needs while ensuring effective communication and collaboration. You'll have the chance to be actively involved in every hackathon and event powered by Hackathon Tunisia, gaining firsthand experience in organizing and executing impactful initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing designs for various elements of Hackathon Tunisia, such as social media posts, presentations, website graphics, etc.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual concepts that align with the brand's identity and message.
• Produce high-quality and engaging designs that resonate with the target audience.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all design outputs.
• Stay updated with design trends and incorporate innovative design approaches.
• Work closely with the content team to visualize complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
• Provide design support for promotional materials, event collateral, and other design-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a designer, preferably in a digital or marketing-related role.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and styles.
• Understanding of visual communication principles and ability to translate concepts into impactful designs.
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Skills

• Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to create visually appealing designs.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
• Ability to adapt design styles to suit different platforms and target audiences.
• Experience in creating responsive designs for websites and mobile applications.
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and the ability to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Skill in creating infographics and visualizing data in a clear and compelling manner.
• Familiarity with prototyping tools (such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD) for creating interactive design mockups.
