Role & Responsibilities

• Work within AIR Tech at BNP Paribas, the team delivering AI solutions for Compliance and Risk functions.
• Identify and define AI use cases in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Compliance Officers, Data Scientists, and AI/ML Engineers on projects.
• Contribute to Generative AI, automation, and data analytics initiatives.
• Support project management, business analysis, and change management activities.
• Gain exposure to strategic regulatory challenges across Europe, US and APAC.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Target candidates: Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Data Science, AI, Business Analytics, Digital Transformation, or related fields.
• Ideal profile combines business analysis and data science skills (hybrid profile).
• Candidates should be interested in working at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Data Science and Business.
