Description du poste

Goal: Analyze internship feedback using NLP and generate standardized scoring.

Team: NLP Specialist • Data Scientist • Optional Full‑Stack (2–3).

Key tasks:

  • Ingest and clean textual feedback from multiple sources.
  • Build sentiment and aspect‑based classifiers; map to a scoring rubric.
  • Create a lightweight dashboard for insights and trends.
  • Ensure privacy/anonymization and evaluation with human‑in‑the‑loop.

Deliverables:

  • Sentiment/aspect model.
  • Scoring engine with clear rubric.
  • Dashboard for analytics and exports.
  • Documentation and model cards.

Stack examples: Python, spaCy/transformers, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, React/Next.js for dashboard.
