Join the international Sales Services team as a Customer Services Administrator, where precision meets purpose. Ensure smooth and timely processing of customer orders by managing and monitoring data across specialized operating systems with efficiency and care.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating price sheets and entering prices (customer prices) for billing to external customers, taking into account previous prices/estimated prices for customers in the billing process.
- Ensure proper evaluation, preparation and comparison of documents (e.g., invoices, cancellation invoices, accompanying notices).
- Collaborate in sales projects (e.g., coordination of delivery dates, writing accompanying notices of delivery documents for CKD/series, etc.).
- Enter orders from the customer (EDI). Ensure removal of errors in the EDI; implementation of appropriate measures in collaboration with specialized departments (e.g., sales, production planning, etc.).
- Introduce external contracts and internal orders.
- Host data management (e.g., order reversal, account assignments / download locations, etc.).
- Introduce and create Materials price sheets.
- Promote and maintain an efficient collaboration, based on partnership with all departments with which it interacts.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
